The Menopause-Confident Workplace
Menopause reporting and workplace policy expectations are tightening across the UK, Australia, Europe and North America. Most employers have nothing in place. We help you lead instead of scramble.
Enquire for your workplaceThe obligation is arriving faster than the capability
The direction of travel is the same everywhere. In the UK, menopause has driven tribunal claims and prompted formal workplace guidance. In Australia, a Senate inquiry, a major women's health funding package and new gender-equality reporting are making employer support publicly visible. Across Europe and North America, employers are adding menopause into benefits and DEI commitments. Yet almost no organisation has trained managers or a usable policy. The gap between rising expectation and existing capability is where reputations are made or lost.

Accreditation bodies certify. Clinics prescribe. We educate, including the dimensions other providers won't touch professionally: how symptoms affect confidence, relationships and identity, handled with the evidence base and taste of the School of Sexual Wellness. Your people don't just get a policy. They get understood.
Menopause at Work
The question every room asks at the end of a good session is what happens on Monday. Menopause at Work is the answer. An employer programme built to The Menopause Society's Menopause and the Workplace Consensus Recommendations, and to the accommodation duties now in force in Rhode Island and, from 1 January 2027, Philadelphia.
A launch keynote
The Shift, the menopause talk that does not stop at hot flushes. It follows the cost into retention and promotion and ends with one action for this quarter.
About the keynoteAn employee pathway
Six modules, including the one every other employer programme leaves out: desire, pain and intimacy after treatment.
Two manager workshops
So the first conversation goes well, and the second one happens at all.
A human resources working session
A model policy, notice, request form and workflow, ready to adapt.
Education, not treatment. Every claim sourced to a Menopause Society position statement or to the law itself. Delivered beside a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Outcomes measured with validated instruments and published annually. A sliding scale for nonprofits, public sector and majority low wage workforces.
